Latin America
The Americas seat of BRICS is Brazil. Argentina was invited in 2023 and declined.
Only one full member sits in Latin America. That is a roster fact, not a ranking of regional weight.
Mercosur and other hemispheric instruments are Foreign Diplomacy territory. This page only places the BRICS member on the map.
Bolivia and Cuba are partner countries, not full members.
